Người dân cần lưu ý những điểm mới khi đi đăng kiểm. Thông tư 43 đã bổ sung một số trường hợp xe cơ giới có sự thay đổi nhưng không được coi là cải tạo, bao gồm:</span></p>

Việc lắp đặt thực hiện theo khuyến cáo của nhà sản xuất xe hoặc đại diện được ủy quyền hợp pháp của nhà sản xuất xe.</span></p>
