    - Purchase price:

    + Based on the purchase results and other cooperation commitments, your dealer will enjoy the pricing policy for the corresponding dealer level.

    + Pricing policy is built to ensure competitiveness and maximum profit for agents in the market.

    + In case mobiCAM reduces price or increases sales, your dealer will have price protection for items of the same type according to the correct quantity and code of imported goods in the dealer's warehouse, verified within 30 days from the date of purchase. date of announcement of price change.

     

    - Customer protection for agents:

    + Agents are encouraged to expand the market to increase the number of customers and to become large exclusive distributors in planned areas in the system.

    + Agents are granted an Agent code, this code will be provided by the Agents to their customers so that when the Agent's customers contact the Distributor directly, the Distributor will request the customer to If the customer code belongs to an agent, the Distributor will transfer the customer to that agent.

    + In case retail customers contact the Distributor directly, the distributor will introduce to them where the Dealer is in the area where the customer resides.

     

  3. 3. Delivery method

    - Delivery method:

    + Direct delivery at MobiCAM's Customer Service Center No. 45, Street 5, Thang Long Home Residential Area, Tam Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

    + Delivery via designated shipping unit from your Agent in the Ho Chi Minh City area. MobiCAM supports shipping fees to the requested shipping unit.

    + Goods are committed to being 100% new (with full stamps and warranty cards) and carefully packaged and sealed before being delivered to the shipping unit.

    + Agents please directly check the goods carefully upon receipt from the shipping unit. If there is a problem related to the type, quality, quantity of goods that is not as stated in the order, the seal has been changed; or risks arising during transportation (impact, moisture, accidents...) that may affect the goods. For the above cases, agents need to make a record immediately upon receiving the goods with the shipping unit to confirm and immediately notify us to coordinate with the delivery unit to handle the goods. We will not be responsible for any discrepancies in appearance or damage to the goods reported after the Agent has signed to receive the goods.

    A) Direct instruction

    + MobiCAM is ready to organize guidance for the technical team and dealer sales staff at our office for free. In cases where instructions are provided at locations requested by the agent, the agent is responsible for paying the fees to the instructor.

     

    B) Online instructions:

    + MobiCAM provides guidance documents (including: documents in files, videos and online support via zalo and phone channels).

  7. 5. Payments

    - Immediately upon placing an order, the agent pays mobiCAM 100% of the order value according to mobiCAM's payment instructions.

    - MobiCAM issues a financial invoice to your agent within 7 days from the date your agent completes payment to mobiCAM.

  9. 6. Product warranty

    - The product is warranted for 15 months from the date of handover, 12 months from the date of activation. Other issues apply according to the "warranty policy" published at this website.

    - When there is a need to warranty or repair the product, the dealer should send the product to the address below:

    - 100% new product, provided by mobiCAM.

    - Sales discount: Discount will be deducted immediately from the purchase order according to the minimum committed quantity. The final price for each order includes discounts. This policy is independent of other support or business promotion programs from mobiCAM.

    - Sales bonus: Based on quarterly committed sales, the Agent will be rewarded at the percentage specified according to the bonus policy for Agents announced at the beginning of each quarter.

    - Bonus payment: The percentage of revenue bonuses for Agents will be finalized by mobiCAM and sent to the Agent no later than the 5th of the first month of the quarter. The bonus value is converted into the goods of the order immediately afterwards. The payout value is not accepted as fish
